Pet Friendly Community

The Reserve at Fountainview is a pet-friendly apartment community in Saint Charles, Missouri. Our apartments believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs with a $450.00 ($225.00, which is non-refundable) deposit plus an additional $25.00 a month in pet rent per pet. Picture and vet certificate required prior to approval. Breed restrictions do apply. No exotic pets are allowed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours.
